Yahoo! Mail let's you to add pictures in the email body. The image need to be located at any Web server and you must use the rich text editor in Yahoo! Mail.

To insert a picture from the web in an email with Yahoo! Mail:

Open the picture directly using its URL.
You can upload the image to your web host.
If your image is larger than some 640x640 pixels, shrink it to more handy proportions before you put it online.
Highlight just the image — with your mouse.
Press Ctrl-C (Windows, Linux) or Command-C (Mac).
Position the cursor where you want the image to show up in an email you are composing in Yahoo! Mail.
Hit Ctrl-V (Windows and Linux) or Command-V (Mac) to paste the image.

Continue editing (and adding more images).
Finally, send your Yahoo! Mail message as usual.

Note: pasting the image might not work in Mozilla Firefox under Windows.
